How often is recommended to check the candy machine once is placed?

Eduardo it will depend on each location you have. Some of your bulk machines' candy will sell faster, mostly due to higher traffic.

You want to check your machines regularly to make sure the coin mechs are still working properly and also to stock them.

So first figure out how fast it takes for the machines to sell out of at least one of their candy selections and visit shortly before it sells out.

For busy locations it could be once a week or every 2 weeks, and for slower machines once a month or even once every other month.

If after 2 months there is still plenty of candy in every selection, you may consider moving that machine elsewhere.
